accessibility

an app somebody cannot read is not finished. so accessibility should be part of how one builds, not a pass made at the end.

we try to ensure that:

text follows the size you have chosen on your device, all the way up.
colours are measured against the wcag 2.1 contrast ratios rather than eyeballed.
system settings for increased contrast, reduced motion and dark appearance are honoured.
controls are labelled for voiceover.

this site is plain html and text, should work at any window size, can be read without javascript running for anything other than forms, and each form field has a real label.

we are not claiming to be perfect, and we have not been audited by anyone but ourselves. if something is unreadable, unreachable or unusable for you - on this site or in the app - please tell us, say which device and which setting, and we will fix it as best we can.

we are determined to be as accessible as we can: terribly sorry if we fall short; and will try very hard to put it right when we do. literally no smallprint.
